A Stunning Rooftop Proposal at Bokan, Canary Wharf
A rooftop proposal above London
Set on the 39th floor in Canary Wharf, Bokan provided a breathtaking setting for this romantic rooftop proposal in London.
With panoramic views stretching across the capital, with all of Central London’s most famous landmarks visible in the distance, it is an incredible venue for anyone dreaming of proposing with the London skyline as their backdrop. The height, city lights and intimate atmosphere made the occasion feel truly special.
A proposal setup with panoramic city views
Any proposal in Canary Wharf seems special, with the tall high-rise buildings providing excellent views over the city. Bokan, however, is one of the tallest, meaning it overlooks everything.
This particular setting felt private and peaceful despite being surrounded by one of the busiest parts of London. It was a beautiful example of how the right venue and proposal decor can work together to create an unforgettable moment. Bokan can get quite busy at certain times, such as a Friday or Saturday night, but it was much quieter at the time of this proposal. There is also the option of a downstairs area which is more private, without compromising on the spectacular views.
A beautiful surprise proposal
The proposal was kept completely secret, making the reaction even more genuine and emotional. The fiancé-to-be came up the stairs, and saw her man waiting on the rooftop, in front of our signature red heart, ready to pop the question.
Capturing the shock on her face was truly memorable, and it was a wonderful event to be a part of.
