We recently had the honour of creating one of our most breathtaking setups to date — a full proposal package at the Hyatt East London, overlooking one of the most iconic skylines in the world.

As the Sun set and the city lights turned it, the backdrop completely transformed in the space of a few hours and our couple had the pleasure of experiencing it all.

The Hotel Room Decor
The evening began before the proposal itself, with a fully styled hotel room setup ready and waiting for the couple's return. We dressed the room with soft pink and white balloons, delicate heart detailing, scattered rose petals across the bed and floor, and considered touches throughout the space to create a warm, romantic atmosphere that set the tone for the evening ahead.
Knowing the couple would be spending the night at the Hyatt made this part of the package feel especially personal - we wanted every moment of their stay to feel as special as the proposal itself.
The Rooftop Balcony Setup
The centrepiece of the evening was, without question, the rooftop balcony proposal setup. Against the glittering backdrop of the London skyline at sunset, we created a scene that our couple, and their assembled family and friends, will remember for the rest of their lives.
The design was built around out white floral heart arch, adorned with lush white roses and soft florals that caught the light beautifully as the evening set in. Leading up to the arch, our white carpet walkway guided the path, flanked on either side by elegant pillar bouquets, gold stands, and scattered white and pink rose petals across the entire balcony to match the theme.
A Proposal Shared with the People Who Matter Most
One of the details that made this proposal so unique was the decision to share it with family and friends. With a gathering of loved ones present on the rooftop as the moment unfolded, the atmosphere was beautiful. These kind of moments are to be cherished forever.
